Hi, I’m Tim

Based in Ithaca New York, I’ve been a chef in several area restaurants for the past 20 years. Around four years ago I started making my own knives for the job, and as that grew into more knives made than I could ever use, I began supplying knives to coworkers and fellow chefs in the area. With their feedback and advice, and my own testing, I can be confident in their performance - whether in a professional setting or your own kitchen at home.
